Neene told Jainabou to stop leaning in the doorway.
“Jainabou, stop that! Don’t you know that will do bad things?”
This is true. I read about it in the booklet of “Cross Culture Notes” given to me during Pre-Service Training. Never sit in the doorway because evil spirits might hit you. But Jainabou is from Senegal. Maybe things are different there.
